Mr W approached us with a requirement to fund a new build 4 bedroom property with the intention of selling the unit once completed. As Mr W had issues with a previous company having been liquidated during the Covid 19 pandemic after receiving a government Bounceback loan typical banks and funders were not interested.
We worked with Mr W to structure the funding required against additional securities held in individual company structures, allowing the build to be completed and also refinanced as exit instead of Mr W selling the property, allowing them to start the migration of their building business into a long term property letting business, building the assets ground up and profiting from the rental yields for as long as retained.
